All Snepitech engagements are governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) that defines deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria and commercial terms. These Terms apply in addition to the SOW.

Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client. Snepitech retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and engineering know-how, and may reuse non-confidential patterns across engagements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information strictly private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for a period of three years.
Warranties & liability
Snepitech delivers services with reasonable skill and care, in line with senior industry practice. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
Payment terms
Invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days unless otherwise agreed in the SOW. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Snepitech reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work delivered up to and including the effective termination date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat. Contact: info@snepitech.com.
